To make a warranty claim, simply head to our warranty page and fill in the form with your product registration number and photos of the defect.

To register a product simply click go to our warranty page and fill in the form. You will need to supply your product’s serial number, sku (the unique product code which you can find on our website under product information) and your proof of purchase.

If you do not have a simplehuman bin, you can check liner measurements here. Please note that capacity alone is not enough information to ensure a good fit – you will need to measure the circumference and height of the bin. Once you think you have the correct size, please email support@simplehuman.co.uk with your name, address and preferred liner code so we can send you a sample to try.
